Question:  How will my order be packed for shipping?
Answer: The order will be shipped according to the shipping options that you choose. It will come in a protective packaging straight from the photo lab.

Question: What do I do if I only have a PO Box?
Answer: If you have a PO Box, please utilize USPS shipping, UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.

Question: Does my print come framed or matted?
Answer: Lee Hoffman photography does not frame or mat prints at this time. This allows the buyer to frame and mat locally, saving him/her money on shipping and allowing for a more custom, flexible finished product.

Question: Will my print be signed?
Answer: Normally no. Orders are shipped directly from the lab to the customer in interests of saving the customer time and money.  However, if you desire a signed photograph, there are two options (please make special arrangements):

1.  The order can be shipped from the photo lab to the photographer for signing (on the back of the photo) and then repackaged and shipped.   Please email us at orders@leehoffmanphotoart.com

2.  The second option is that a signed matting can be separately shipped to you.  This will cost more than option 1.  Please contact us at info@leehoffmanphotoart.com for this option.
